William L. Corson

William L. Corson, 76, of Meridian, died Wednesday, April 8, 2015, near Twin Falls, ID.

William L. "Bill" Corson was born August 14, 1938 in Canonsburg, Pennsylvania.  He married his lifetime love, Bonnie Jean Mercurio, May 5, 1975 in San Diego, CA.

Bill proudly served our country in the U.S. Navy.  He then became a plumber and worked his way up to master plumber, specializing in building "clean rooms" for major chip manufacturers around the world.

Bill loved classic cars and owned many but was especially proud of "The Eliminator", his red hot rod ZZ Top replica.

In addition to his wife, Bonnie, Bill is survived by daughters, Debbie Finch, Susan Lathrop and Kathy Bujold, their spouses and ten grandchildren.  Bill was a cherished and much loved son-in-law, brother-in-law and uncle to numerous nieces and nephews and was famous for running "Uncle Billy's Boot Camp" for wayward youth.

Bill will be honored at a memorial service at 11:00 a.m., Thursday, April 16, 2015 at the Alden-Waggoner Funeral Chapel, 5400 Fairview Ave., Boise, ID 83706, followed by a "Memorial" cruise to a reception at the Church of Latter-day Saints, 6575 S. Eagle Rd. & Lake Hazel, Meridian.
