Ruth Marie Fultz Gillette

Ruth Marie Fultz was born to Dilla Hazel and Carter Fultz on December 11, 1926 at Ottawa, Kansas. Though she spent most of her early years in Kansas, she graduated from West Aurora, Illinois high school during World War II. She met Jack Gillette at Purdue University after the war. They married in 1947, moving to Idaho in 1952, where their four children were born. After Jack's retirement, they traveled the US and Canada in their RV. They enjoyed square dancing in many locations, including Mesa, Arizona, where they wintered for many years.

Ruth was preceded in death by her parents, husband Jack, and sons Charles and Keith. She is survived by Kathy of Portland, Oregon, and Amy of Sisters, Oregon. A memorial service will be held at Alden Waggoner Funeral Chapel, on Saturday, March 14th, at 1:00 p.m.
