Kay was born Jan. 31, 1936, in Alton, MO. She moved to Boise and married Richard Curtis Booth in 1959. Kay was a devoted full-time homemaker and mother, and later a joyful, nurturing grandmother and great grandmother. She completed business college and served in the Civil Service for over 25 years, retiring in 1999 as office manager in Montgomery.

Kay passed peacefully Sunday morning, May 29, 2016.

Surviving are her son Mark (Jennifer); grandchildren, Kimberly (William), Cynthia, Harmony (Adam), and Christal; great grandchildren Will and Kylie; sisters Mellabelle Smith and Onetta Woods; nieces and nephews; and family members through marriage.

Visitation will be held today, Friday, June 3rd, 12:00 – 1:00 pm, at Alden-Waggoner Funeral Chapel, Boise. Following the visitation, a graveside service will be held, 1:30 pm, Morris Hill Cemetery, Boise.
