Loving husband of the late Mary Sue Scheffler; beloved son of the late Leonard Jack and Eleanor Julia Scheffler; devoted father of Laura (Lyle) Johnson and Tracy Melbihess (Jeremy) Moore; cherished grandfather of Tyler and Riley Melbihess; dear brother of Lyn (Doug) Mehle.
Alden - Waggoner of Boise, Idaho, assisted the family with a private burial.
Memorials may be made to Ronald McDonald House Mid-Missouri.
