John Charles Hahn

John Charles Hahn “Chuck”, 76, of Boise, passed away on November 4, 2025.

Chuck was born on March 21, 1949, in Caldwell, Idaho to Clinton E. Hahn and Lydia V. Hahn (Badiola). He attended Meridian High School and Boise State College.

In April of 1974, he married Beverly Ann Boyd in Winnemucca, Nevada.

Chuck lived in Nampa and Boise in Idaho and also in Alaska, Kodiak and Valdez. He worked at Buttrey’s Grocery Store in Nampa, Idaho, grocery stores in Kodiak and Valdez. He also worked at the Idaho State Liquor Division in Meridian and Boise, Idaho.

He enjoyed Blackjack games and traveling.

Chuck is survived by his wife of 51 years, Beverly A. Hahn; daughter, Rebecca (Richard) Gonzales; son, Jason (Dyanna) Hahn; sister, Theresa (Leo) Stauch; 9 grandchildren; and 1 nephew.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Clinton and Lydia (Badiola) Hahn; and his grandparents, Ignacio and Andresa Badiola.
