Jack was born August 25, 1941 in Upland, California.

Jack is survived by his wife, Rosemary, four step sons, Steven, Scott and Shaun Murdock and Dale Harless; grandchildren, Joshua, Sarah, Kevin, David, and Riva Murdock; and two great granddaughters, Haven and Scarlett.
No services are planned at this time. Cremation was under the direction of the Alden-Waggoner Funeral Chapel and Crematory.
