His love of jazz music continued even after he graduated . One of his favorite things to attend was H i gh School Reun i ons . He enjoyed renewing old acquaintances. He attended Boise Junior College for two years th i nking he might be a history teache r , but decided t o go another direction .

Bob marr i ed Sandra Jane Compton on May 21 , 1961 ; in their 25 years of marriage they were b l essed with three child r en . They later divorced but developed a friendship tha t bonded them together as parents .
Bob was a " furn i ture lumper" as he fondly called h i mse l f. He started in the moving and storage business at a young age and worked over 30 years in Bo i se for NorthAmerican Van Lines . In 1984 , he moved to Kennewick , WA to work for North American there and was l ater transferred to Seattle and worked for Mitchell Moving and Storage. After another 20 years i n the mov i ng and storage business Bob decided retirement was the t i cket and that he was ready to come " home" to Boise , however he was not ready to completely get out of the business and worked partt i me as a packer for Me r chant's Moving & Storage so that he could have a little "mad money" .

Part of the attraction on coming home to Boise i n addition to family and grandkids was Delsa Anne Smith , his soulmate and partner . They had been classmates s i nce the age of 14 and reconnected at a Jr . High class reunion . For the past 12 years they have been a great team , and as was Bob's nature , he created and blended a un i que family dynam i c wh i ch i ncluded Delsa and her ch i ldren and grandchildren with h i s own family . Th i s past twelve years have been some of the best and happ i est t i mes in his l i fe .

Bob had many hobb i es , and was a master woodcrafter . He was prec i se in h i s work and loved to create . He also en j oyed watching the car r aces out at Meridian Speedway . When his son i n law started rac i ng h i mse l f it was the cherry on his ice cream sundae and " Mad Dog Musser " was there to cheer him on and sponsor h i m . His family purchased a r i de for him on Father's Day a coup l e of years ago , and he was able to fulfill a w i sh to catch a r i de i n the two-seater spr i nt car at Merid i an Speedway. He also enjoyed NASCAR rac i ng , co u ntry and western and jazz mus i c and could be depended on to be in the cheering section for his grandson's band compet i tions and h i s granddaughter ' s basketball games. Upon h i s return to Boise , he became involved with Delsa ' s church , Red Rock Chr i st i an Church . The funny thing was he attended the same church as a young ch i ld , so it was another homecoming of sorts . He became involved in be i ng an act i ve church membe r participat i ng i n and creating at the church w i th his church fam i ly , and his love of the Lord.

Bob is survived by this three children , Camille A. ( Cammy) Baldwin and her husband Rick Baldwin of Middleton , 10 , N i cholas Lucky Musser and his wife Erin Musser of Seattle , WA and Hamilton Bryan Musser and h i s wife Allison Musser of Los Fresnos , TX .
