Dawnlarae Beck 1962 ~ 2015
DawnLaRae Beck of Meridian, Idaho, passed away peacefully on
March 27th, 2015 at St. Lukes Hospital in Boise. Dawn was born June 10th, 1962 to John Beck and
Barbara Potter in Hawthorne, Calif. Dawn
is survived by her three children; son Zachary Taylor Beck, daughters Courtney
Irene Beck-Pritchard and Sadie Christine Beck-Pritchard, her grandson Noah, and
her sister Stacy.
Dawn grew up in the Southern California beach communities of
Redondo Beach, Hermosa Beach, and Manhattan Beach, living the beach lifestyle. Dawn was an excellent artist, loved music, and
loved sports, especially swimming. Dawn
started her business career as a dental assistant, then over the years she
became a mother and home maker, raising her children and working in the foster
care program helping foster children
.
In later years Dawn lived in
Neenah, Wisconsin, where she continued her art work, and most recently in
Meridian, Idaho, where she worked briefly at the Idaho Youth Ranch thrift store
where she set up displays and was a cashier.
Dawn was loving, compassionate, understanding, and above all
very kind. She had the greatest heart of
anyone we know, and she will be greatly missed. Dawn is loved by all the people
who she touched with her love. God Bless you Dawn.
A Celebration of Life service will be held in the summer of 2015.
